Preferred Imprisonment To Freedom
Received Friday, 9.5 a.m. TEL AVIV, Feb. 10. A Special Court at Acre found Nathan Friedmann Yellin and Mateyahi Schmulevitch guilty of having been leaders of a terrorist organisation. The Court senteneed Yellin to eight years' imprisonment and Schmulevitch to five years' imprisonment, but said it was willing to set both men free provided they would sign a declaration to refrain front underground activities, and to accept police supervision for two years. Neither of them replied. i In general the election on Janu- ' ary 25, Yellin, as candidate for the fighters for freedom of the Israel Party, won the right to a seat in j the Israeli Assembly.
