Received Thursday, 11 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 9. The British Government experts who are to help in the negotiations for a new trade agreement with Argentum left London by air today for Buenos Aires. Mr. H. O. Hooper, of the British Board of Trade, said before leaving that he thought the present difficulties in trading between Argentina and Britain were temporary, and could be overcome with goodwill on both sides. He would not comment on the possibility of bigger supplies of meat for Britain irnder the new pact.
