America to Mobilise Her Air Resources
Received Tuesday, 11.10 a.m. WASHINGTON, Feb. 7. Congress was informed today that the United States is working out a plan for the mobilisation of ail American Aviation resources in ihe case of war. Details of the preparations of the plan were contained in a report by the President's Air Co-ordinating Committee submitted to Congress. The Committee said that it would shortly submit a statement of general nolicies covering the allocation of commercial transport aircraft, nilots and' f acilities to military and cssential civil services in the event of war.
