Industry Being Sabotaged In Russian Zone
Received Tuesday, .10.10 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 7. Organised resistance groups were sabotaging industrv throughout the Russian occupation zone of Germany, said Herr Emil Walter, the 29-year-old German member of the0 Social Democrat Party, who escaped from a uranium mine in the Russian Zone, reports the Associated Press' Munich correspondent. He had been sent to the uranium mine because the Russians caught him dropping a light tank motor at a factory in the Soviet Zone. He added that resistance groups had been formed in every workshop and were continuousy sabotaging machinery and stealing vital parts. Herr Walter said that he had been tortured because he would not join the Social Unity Party.
