Young Hwiss girls frequently answered uewspaper advertjsements for secretaries, nurses or maids, wero engaged ahd Laken abroad, mainly to Latin 'Ame rica, and linally found • tliemselves l'orced into prostitutxon. The depart ment urged all youiijg women to exercise "extreme prudeliee" in acceptmg positions abroad and asked all doubtfu' cases to be reported to Pederal authoj ities.
