Man Hit By Falling Tree Later Dies
MASTERTON, Feb. 3.' Severe head injuries from which he died at 3 p.m. yesterday on the vay to the Masterton Hospital were received by Joseph McMurray, ued 28, single. tractor driver, of austerton, formerly of Dunedin, •\hcn he was struck by a falling "oe in Rewa State Forest, about 30 iiiles from Masterton, at 11 o'clock yesterday morning.
