Award To Cubmaster Dominion headquarters of the Boy Scouts Association announced yesterday that his Excel ency, the Governor-General, acting in nis capacity a s Dominion Chief Scout, has awarded the association's Certificate of Merit to Mrs. Leita Pearl Chrystal, of Foxton, in recognition of her good services to the, Scout movernent. In 1942 she was known to the residents of Foxton as Miss Evans, and, although_ quite ' young, she was appointed assistant cubmaster of the Foxton scout group, and after her marriage was appomted) cubmaster, and is still active in that capacity.
