The escape e from Hautu Prison, | near Taupo, who- gave himself upi to the Napier police was Ivan Hardcastle Blakeborough, aged 21, who escaped on Tuesday last- and walke'd to Napier. When Blake-, b.orough appeared in Court 'he wasj sentenced by the Magistrate to a further six months. It was stated by the police that hunger forced him to give himself up. 1
