Received- Tuesday, 11 a.m. WASHINGTON, Jan. 31. The Presidential Secretary, Mr. Charles Ross, repeated to reporters today President Truman's willingness to meet Marshal Stalin in Washington, but declined to comment on Marshal Stalin's statement that ^ he had no objection to meeting ' President Truman at some mutually acceptable place. Mr. Ross emphasised that there had been "no' ofiicial word from the Russian Government" regarding such a meeting.
