AUCKLAND, Jan. 27. Setting a precedent in intlustrial negotiations, employers and work■ers of the New Zealand freezing works industry have agreed to accept as final the decision of Mr. I. Hunter, Conciliation Commissioner, Auckland, on the terms of a new award. The framing of the agreement has been left entirely to him and it is understood that no matter what his conclusions. the draft will be submitted to the parties and the Arbitration Court for ratification. Now one of New Zealand's largest a,nd most powerful unions -have adopted this course in dealing with their dispute, it is believed that other similar agreements will be made.
