BATAVIA, Jan. 26. A flare-up in guerrilla warfare m East .Tava within a week, was foieeast tonight by a spokesman of tlie Republican delegation in Batavia. He deiiied Duie.h statements that the Ropublican forces had been seattered and eoordinated efforts by thera rendere'j impossible. The spokesman added that the Sili mangi Division — a crack Republieaii unit whieh offered the stifl'est resistanee to the I)ut(di in the reeent ofl'ensive — had returned to West .Tara in it> entirety and was strongly enseonced in flnrmer jiositions. Large T.N.I. (Re publican regulars) units had also takou' up their foriner positions in the whole of East -Tava.
