Received Friday, 9,45 a.m. NANKING, Jan, 20. Reports that the • Government's evacuation might be postponed circulated today following Cabinet's peace appeal. It is understood, says Reuter's correspondent, that a hew instrucfcion to delay the eyacuation until the latest appeal is answered by the Communists is now under Cabinet's consideration. The United Press correspondent says that he was informed by an unimpeachable source that President Chiang Kai-shek plans to ieave Nanking this weekend on the flrst stage of his journey into 'exile" on Formosa.
