Eeceived Friday, 7 p.m. NEW YORK, Jan. 13. ° A ejiai'ge thg.t Rritain has released 6000 Glerman formef prisoners of war for training in Egypt "for participation in fthe war against Israei" and that two German brigades have been formed is made in a doeument submitted to President Truman and the. Fnited Nations today. A group known as " Nation Associates" submitted the allegations which it said, were contained in "g secret French intelligenee report. " ' The group also alleged that British military planes ' had flown Gernian generals from the British zone in Germany to assi.st in the command of the Arab armies. The Nation Associates claimed that the French intelligenee report said tlie Egvptians with British permisison were training two brigades of (rermans in Atersa Alatruh and Soilum and that three German generals were attaehed to the Iraqi-Transjordan High Command, the Syrian High Command and the Lebanese High Command. ^ In a note attaehed .to the alleged French report AHss Freda Kirchw^y, president of Nation Asso'iates and editor and publisher of tlie potetieal magazine "The Nation," requests that "Britain and Egypt be denied the opportunity of using their privileged positions as members of the Hecuritv Council to sabotage the decisions ot Fnited Nations and peace in tlie ALiddle East." Hir Alexander Cadogan, British delegate to the Seeurity Council, when shown the doeument by reporters commented: "Surely you know how to deal with fsuch allegations. L should be extvaordinarilv surprised if anything of the kind has happened. In fact I am qnite convinced it has not."
