NEGEV FIGHTING HAS NOW CEASED
It is oftieiallv announeed that all fighting has now stopped in the Negev, says Keuter's Tel Aviv eorrespondent. The anonuncement said the Egyptian counterattaek in the Rafah area, ebded last night. All was cpiiet on the Ramai Hakovesh sector of the eentral fronr wliere- loeal action was reported yesterday. Egypt was forced to aecept the eease fire order in Palestine, said Abdul Rahman Azzam Pasha, Sec.retary-Gen-eral of the Arab League, according to Reuter's Cairo eorrespondent-. lle said: "Nobody doubts the ill will of the Zionists who will not respect any agreement. Anybody believing that fighting will not be resumed, is foolihg himself."
