Surprise resuits ineluded R. V. Robb's . win over A. S.: Burns, . Robb being seeded .seventh and Burns" third; the very close run C. Angas, seeded eighth, gave O. M. Bold, seedecf second; afid the ease with which Robb and P. Nicholls beat Angas and J. Hamilton, a Wellington Wilding Shield pair. The finals tomorrow will be contested by J. E. .Robson and Bold (singles), RobsOn and Bold and J. A. Barry and A. S. Burns (doubles), Miss E. Attwood 'and Miss Beverley (singles), Misses Attwood and M. Kerr and Mesdames J. Robb and J. J.
