Japs Sell Children Into Slavery
Reeeived Monday, 11 p.m. TOKIO, Jan. 3. A Labour Ministry team tracing absentee school children in the Aizu district, Fukus'hima Prefecture, discovered more than 75 cases of parents selling children into slavery in a period 0! one week. The survey_ showed that the usual price was 2000 ycn, about £2, for a three years' bondage. The majority of children were aged 12 and 13 years.
