Power Board Chairman Re-elected
The chairman of the Horowhenua Electrie Power Board, Mr. T. G. Vincent, was re-qleeted^at the annual rneeting of the board today. Nominating Mr. Vincent, Mr. C, S. Keedwell paid a high tribute to his work as chairman during the year. To be chairman of a power board was a most difficult task in these days of Tationing, bilt Mr. Vincent had f aced these problems in a very able mahner. Seconding the nomination, Mr. W. Taylor also paid a tribute to Mr. Vincent' s past chairmanship. When put to the vote the nomination was supported unani-mously. Thanking members for again placing the'ir trust in his chairmanship, Mr. Vincent said that there liad ' been some difficult periods, but he hoped that next year would find a brighter position in regard to rationing.
