After a hearihg extending over tWre days, Cecii Robert Gurr Otto, aged M, ■ dairy Worker, was comffiitted tb the Supfeme Court for trial oii a charge of murdering Rtifch McGregor Stohe, at Hamilton East on October 23. Otto was badly wounded in the face as a result of a shooting trag-edy-ifi the main ktreet of Hamilton East at about 9 a.m. oh October 23 when Mrs. Stone was shot and killed instantly.
