Johnson against his Ht'e disqualilication over the doping of Newboioug.. at Randwick on Otcober 6. The appe c of the colt's owner and wife of the trainer, Alr.s. G. Johnson, against lif«disqualifications of the horse, was also upheld and the disqualilication removed.. Trainer Johnson, howevef, Wiu found guilty of ncgligence and 1ns liccnce was" suspcnded for the balancc of its terni — until Julj', 51- Jle ma; then re-apply.
