•Competing at .the Feilding and Disrict Marching Assooiation's cofitest at . Feilding ' oii Saturday, the Caledoniari team (Levin ) ; was successful in . winning the contest march, while the leader. Miss Shirley Smith, annexed the leadero' cofitest. Shamrock (Levin) were placed four'th and their leader, ■ MiS's LOis Millard, was seVenth. Points scored by the first four tearils were: — 'Caledonian (276) 1; MuriiCipal Band, Feilding (264A-) 2; Rangers, Wanganui (251) 3; ■Shamrock (248) -\, The costume •competition was won by Motor Traders (Feilding) from Rangers (Wanganui) . ,
