WELLINGTON^ Dec. 3. A fighting partriership by T. P. Reaney and J. A. Ongley helped Country to recover from a bad po§ition in the second day's play in the inafch with Town aL the Bjasin Beserve today. Sixty-eight runs in arrears, Country at oue stage had three "down for 23 iil the second innings but Ongley and Reaney took the total to 100 before Ongley whs dismissed.
