Reeeived Saturday, 1 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 3. Doctors from all parts of Britain raise a storm of protest in the British Medieal Journal today about their interim payments under the National Health Scheme, whieh, they say, leave them "little better off than manual labourers." "The doctors say the Health Min - ister (Mr. Aneurin Bevan) has "taken them for a ride," and they criticise the British Medieal Association for its timidity. One doctor declares: "What the medieal .profession requires is a fiery cross and some of the brass neck of the miners and dockers." Another doctor suggests a strike until the capitation fee is raised. He said he was "working twice as hard for two-thirds of the pay he used to get. The service is rapidly becoming for the doctors a horrible nightmare, penal servitude literally and metaphorically.' '
