On Saturday last the Hautere Rifle -Club fired o-ver 500 and 600 yards in the' second round of the 'Be.lt Championsh.ps. The foilowIng- 'scores were obtained off the' rifie: — T. Geange 40 ^-41—81, H. Taylor 42—39—81, C. •Strom 39—41 — 80, V. La Greca 38— ,39—67. . A trophy shot for over 300, 500 and 600 yards was won by F. Free-| pian, . with "'T. Empson second and N. .
