PUBLIC NOTICES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE CALF VACCINATION AGAINST CONTAGIOUS ABORTION /\PPLICATIONS for this season's calves will now be received by the Department of Agriculture, the fees being the same as last year, namely, l/6d per head for the first 14 calves, thereafter 1/3-d per head. Exchange must be added to country cheques. All late applications received after January 14th, 1949, will be charged a late entry fee of 10/- irrespective of the number of calves to be done. Those farmers who are members of a Veterinary Club should lodge their applications with their Club Secretary or Veterinarian. Races must be provided for holdmg the calves for vaccination. T. M.
