Bevan, who spent her early days in Otaki. ' Card Evening Yet another eminently successful card evening was staged on Monday night at the Beach HaL by the Anglican Beach Ladies' Guild. The atten'dance was a record and prizes were won by Mesdames N. Flyger, D. Bryan, A. Knox, W. Wright and R. Boyd, Miss Evans, Dr. Salmon'd and Messrs. J. Mudge, W. Dodds, R. Mather, E. Egdeii and A. Marshall.
