MASTERTON, Nov. 30. ■For the first time in the history of the Highland Band moveinent, closer cooperation between Australia and Ne.w Zealand was now an established fact. said Mr. I. D. Cameron, president of the New Zealand Pipe Band Association, in a statement at Masterton today. Mr. Cameron said Mr. G. P Stnart, president of the Victonian Pipe Band Association, Australia, had been elected viee-president of the New Zea land Highland Band Association.
