WELLINGTON, Nov. 30. A request tliat tlie Government consider adopting the Bydney seheme now in operation in Australia for sending food parcels to Britain, was made by Mr. J. R. Marshall (Mt. Vietoria) in a notice of question to Mr. Nash in the House of Representatives today. Mr. Marshall said under this seheme food is sent in bulk to Britain. Australians send ten shillings to tho Food Appeal office in_>Sydney with an English address. The addresses are sent l)v air and the parcels are made up and posted in England, being delivered in ,12 to 21 days. Freights are cut from about 5s 7d for a 1.11b parcel to Hd or Hd. ,
