The axiom that there is nothing new under tne sun will certainly geo a jolt, in the motion picture spher'e at any rate, with the reiease of "Carnegie Hall," which ■screens at the Civic Theatre on Tuesday and' Wednesday. For here is a film, star-sbudded with celebrities of the music world, yet brimrning with romantic entertainment that is so typical of today's suecessful mrvies.
