Enjoyable Outing Inmates of the Otaki Sanatorium were given another enjoyable outing last week, when eight cars transported some 27 passengers to the southern end . of the district. The outing was arjanged by the Otaki-Te Horo branch cf the Women's Division of Federated Farmers, and took in Paraparaumu aerodrome, whicn was conveniently ve'ry busy, seVeral planes coming and going, 'and 'thence via the beaches to a.wayside tearooms,- wh&re the passengers were the' guests"-. of the1 pro'ptietress at afternoon tea. Here an' impromptu musieal • programme was provided several of the passengers having musieal instruments with them. Poi dances were- aLso given and much enjoyed. Mrs. R. W.
