Determined To End Crisis In Greece

Received Sunday, 7 p.m. ATHENS, Nov. 13. King Paul has asked Mr. Tsaldaris, leader of the Populist Party which is the Jargest Greek poiitieal party, to form a new Government to replace the Populist-Liberal coalition which resigned yesterday. Mr. Tsaldaris, who is the Foreign Minister and a former Premier called at the Palace for discussions with King Paul.. Later he said he was determined to end the crisis as soon ts possible to enable the struggle against ' the Communjst guerrillas to be 'pressed. He added: " We won't allow Greece to become a CzechosJovakia. There will be no compromise. " The nMinistry of Coordination announeed that the' guerriila warfare in Greece so far had caused damage estimated at £63,592,500. Reuter's correspoiident says the police today seized "pfiiiting and radio equipment and arrested au Atheps dressmaker and 20 other women ' in Piraeus, all suspected of cooperatiug with Markos.
