Film Stopped For Teacher's Exam.

It is rather unusual but a fact that shooting of parts of the Brit-: ish fiim, "B.ue Scar," the £100,000 film about the life in the Welsh mining valleys, has been held' up iso that Dilys Jones, the 19-year-old jgirl who plays a leading role, can Ipass her teacher's examination at Barry Training Coliege. Dilys plays a miner's daughter -in the film — her first screen experience. But after the film is made she plans to go on with her teaching career. She is the daughter of a Port Talbot ' carpenter, and if reports from England are correct, is golng to be a loss to the film industry. She is apparently a gifted actress and every effort is being made to induce her to change her mind.
