Received Friday, 10.10 a.m RANGOON. Nov. 11. Burmese Government troops killed ten of a band oi' insurgents who looted rice stockn in a \ iliage" near Bassein, according to a Government communique. The insurgents were driven off. The communique aiso reported that 20 insurgents were killed anu 50 wounded in a heavy engagemeni; at Pakokku, a district to tneAouthwest of Mandalay.
