GISBORNE, Nov. 12. j The following prisoners were ' sentenced by Mr. Justice Hutchison in the Supreme Court today:-— Robert Horace Workman, aged j 26, book-keeper, on two charges of j false pretences and three of theft, j hine months' reformative deten-j tion. John Sydney Maniey, a hotel porter, nine months' hard labour on each of two charges of inde.cent assault on boys, the terms to be fcumulative. ■ James Kha, Maori labourer, on a bharge of the theft of eight sheep, Iteix months hard labour.
