The opinion was/ expressed that butter rationing should not be lifted at the expense of Britain. Referring to the eleet.rification of the Hutt railway, the president of tlie associgtion, Mrs. F. Gilmore, said that housewives should not. be penalised through anv enterprise of that magnltude.
