GREYMOUTH, Nov, 8. The most seL'ious case of poiiomyeiitis admitted to the Greymouth Hospital since the outbreak of the disease was reported today. The patient is a 14-year-old girl. There are now eight positive cages in the hospital, but with one exeeption all are mild. - . A West Coast adult suff erer died in Christchurch 011 Saturday. , He was a man, aged 40, from Ahaura, who was on holiday in the city when admitted to hospital on Oc;ober 31 as a positive case.
