Russian Parade In Berlin Surprises British
Received Monday, 9.5 a.m. LQNDON, Nov. 7. The British authorities in Berlin were surprised when a 30-piece ■ Russian band led a column of over 1000 Russian soldiers into the British sector to lay wreaths at the Russian war memorial in celebraoion of the revQlution anniversary. The entire Russian civifian colony accompanied the troops and watched the. ceremony. The soldiers were not armed, but their officers carried side arms. The "Russian authorities had not mformed the British authorities that the papade would be held.
