Coming Dance Recital

One of the most comprehensive dance recitals yet to be staged in Levin will be seen in the Regent Theatre next WedneSday night, When the Jean Scott School of Dancing will bring before the footlights the largest number of district artists to a,ppear here for a number of years. Variety will vbe the keynote of the programme and no less than 30 different items and playettes have been arranged for. The costumes in the various settings will create many beautiful scenes, while the national dances in their traditional surroundings will be a feature of the performance. The opening number, '"Babes In The Wood," will have no less than 25 artists ranging from /tmy tots to those of more mature age. Also included on ' the programme will be an elocutionary item by Miss Lois Lind, of Shannon, while in the secbnd half Mrs. A. Taylor will be heafd in a vocal fiumber. In all about 51 performers will appear on the stage in the various items.
