Traveller Found Dead
WAIPUKURAU, Nov. 4. The body of Alan Shearer McLeod, aged about 60,, traveller, of Petone, was found yesterday afternoon under a'tree.in the Mount Herbert Domain, Waipukurau. The police discovered' a gun nearby, while his car was parked on the roadway. It appeared that death had occurred some hours previously. An inquest was adjourned after evidenee of identification.
