NO SIGN OF MR. HEAL

WELLINGTON, Oct. 20. A police party from Blenheim identifled the launch as the Wave. They hoped to pull the launch out above high water mark with a tractor but it was found necessary to xequisition a aeeond tractor. It was hoped that the launch would. be out of the water by 11 p.m. There was no sign of Mr. Heal. Unless he was trapped in the lower portion of the launch — which was thought exceedingly unlikely by the police — he was not aboard the craft.
