________ 1 . ** WELLINGTON, Oct.. '8. For the first day for- more tlian six weeks no f resh cases of polioxiiyelitis were reported in the Wellington Health Distriet today. Since the outbreak,.took a fresh hold ih the Wellington distriet early in August there have been 116 cases reported in Wellington.
