The Associated Press Colombo correspondent says that the New Zealand Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, arrived there by plane and left immediately after lunch. Mr. Fraker commented that Ceylon was fortunate in not being beset wit'h the disruption which was hampering the progress of some other eastern countries.
