The -dispute between the New Zealand (except Otago and Southlandj Carpenters and Joiners' Union and Pederated Builders and Contractors' As-. sociation, which was referred baclc ta Conciliation Couneil by the Court of J Arbitrati'on, was resunied before Mr. A. B. Ptigg, Conciliation Commissioner, today. Alr. E. Stanley, advocate fo.r . the worlcers, stated that the workers had' not departed in any particular form from their original demands. Considerable progress toward agreement tvas made and the .hearing wijl bc continued tomorrow. . . .
