MASTERTON, Oct. 5. Following a meeting yesterday of the Masterton Licensing Trust, a statement was issued that arrangements were almost complete for the purchase of the earthquakedamaged Empire Hotel building in Queen Street at the Land Saies approved price of. £6500.
