WELLINGTON, Oct. 4. Thej abolition of the regulation rcquiring blitter consumehs to i'Cgister with theit l'etailei's was anrtounced today by the Minister 6f Supply, Mr. Nordmeyer. He added that the change would take place as from October 25. The cancellation of coiisumer registration foi- butter means that from October 25 onward butter may be purchased from any retailer on the surrendel* of the available coupohs. Retailers are obliged to cut out the coupons and forward them to their respective rationing ofRces at the end of each fourweekly period.
