Speaker: MR. ENOCH COPPIN j "The only means of Grace." j "NOW" John 3:17-19: For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world 'through Him might be saved. He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believed not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that Light is corae into the world, and men loved darkness rather than Light, because their deeds were evil. Reader, if you are an unbeliever, you are condemned already, and only await the Judgment (Rev. 20:15) for the final sentence. You had better accept Christ as vour Saviour now, and receive "Forgiveness of Sins, Salvation, and Eternal Life." (Rom. 6:23.) BIBLE TRUTH Understanding the Bible It is one thing to read a book,' and quite another to understand it. Nursery books are quite easy to understand, even for children; novels are not difhcult, being the mere thoughts of men spun out to entertain and appeal to identical sentiments in the reader. Treatises on Mathematics, Geology, Astronomy, etc., are harder to assimilate, and require mental effort and training; but give the reader something more worth while. But all require reading flrst, in a regular beginning to end missing nothing manner. Even a novel, a povertystricken pack of flesh-pleasing lies, cannot be understood by reading an odd page in five or six places. Those who complain they cannot understand the Bible, which includes practically every so-called "Christian," either do not read it at all, or read an odd verse or chapter at random, and never see 90 per cent of the Bible at all. Free Bible Reading Charts enabling the whole of the Bible to be read intelligently in the course of a year, gladly sent to any address on application to H. W. Christie, McDonald Road, Levin. '
