Another Polio Case From Palmerston North
A 27-year-old sehoolgirl from Palmerston North has been admitted to Ihe Public Ilopsital where She has been diagnosed as a positive case of p'oliomyelitis. She is believed to have been a contact of the 16-year-old sehoolgirl who was diagnosed as a positive case on Thufsday. The District Medical Officer of Health, Dr. T. C. Lonie, stated yesterday that it was not intended to close the school concerned in tlie meanlime though certain other precantiohs were being taken.
