WELLINGTON, Sept. 28. The National Broadcasting Service is investigating the possibility of broadcasting commentaries on matches by the All Blacks during their South African tour next year. It has been conducting teSts with South African broadcasting and shortwave stations for some months, but it is understood that reception, even on shortwave, is f ar from good.
