The Soviet military administration in Berlin through the official liewspaper Taegliche Rmidschaii warned Berliners that the "occupation autfiorities cannot tolerate openly Fascist speeehes by eily Ileadei's." Tlie Soeial Democratic leaders have presented to the Allied authorities a protest against the attempt to communise Berlin. ■dennan newspapers in the Western seetor declared that Commimisin had lost Berlin. The Western Powers liad "taken note of the Berliners' expression of determination and Ihe Russians nmst also take note. The Russian lieensed news agency announced that special trains were being provided to bring people from all over the Russian zoiie to Berlin for the Communists' counter demonstration. The Soviet lieensed newspapers reported that the Yugoslav, Czech, French and Communist delegations, including high Government offieials. had alreadv arrived.
