Received Friday-, 10.20 a.m. PARIS, Sept. 9. The Radical Socialist leader, Dr. Henri Queuille, told President Auriol that he will form a Goveriiment and will present hjmself before the Assembly tomorrow or Saturda'y, Th6 Socialist Party earlier annaunced its support of ' the M.R.P., his own Radical Socialists and probably the other smaller moderate groups. The British United Press correspondent says that Dr. Queuille had called for a truce in the party warfare to enable hinvto form a "save the franc" Government of all parties except' the Communists. He said that failure to form a Government" %ould overwhelm Fraiice in .disastrous inflation, For the second day irj succession powerful cordons of police ahd security guards in battle kit, and carrying sub-machineguns, surrounded President Auriol's residence, Elysee Palace. Guards haited hundreds of workers marching towards tlie palace, but allowed deputations inside to present peti*tions for wage increases.
