Home Builders Can't Find House To Live In
Some of the workers for a firm of contractors building State houses in Levin were living in oue of the houses they had nearly completed, said the Mayor, Mr. H. B. Burdekin, when reviewing progress on Levin's housing at Monday night's council meeting. This was brought about by the lack of other accommodation and the workmen had to have somewhere to live. Work.by the two new construction companies erecting State houses in Levin was stated to be progressing very satisfactorily.
